Shipping & Delivery Policy

GamerZone delivers across the UAE.

We offer free delivery within Dubai.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM may be eligible for same-day delivery in Dubai, subject to product availability and order confirmation.

For regular Dubai orders, delivery is usually completed within 1 working day.

For deliveries outside Dubai, a shipping charge of AED 100 applies.

Delivery to other Emirates usually takes 2–4 working days after order confirmation.

Some products may be available in our physical stores or warehouse. Product availability may vary between our Al Warqa and Al Barsha branches.

Once an order is placed, our team will confirm the product availability and process the order for delivery or pickup.

Custom gaming PC builds are usually prepared within 3–6 hours after confirmation, depending on component availability and testing.

We will update the customer once the build is tested and ready for delivery or pickup.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability, payment confirmation, customer location, public holidays, or courier delays.

For urgent orders, customers can contact GamerZone through WhatsApp or phone before placing the order.
